The Pain of Discipline or the Pain of Regret
You can either experience the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The choice is yours. In this video, I talk about why discipline is so important and why motivation alone is not enough. Motivation can help you start, but discipline is what helps you continue when the excitement disappears, when progress feels slow, and when the hard days come. Many people start with a goal. They want to build a better body, start a business, learn a language, improve their life, or follow a dream. But after a few days or weeks, the motivation goes away and they give up. That is when regret starts to grow. Discipline is not something you build in one night. You build it step by step, by doing the thing again and again, even when you do not feel like it.
