You Feel What You Focus On
In this video, I talk about how to instantly change your emotions and feelings by changing what you focus on. Many people think their emotions are random, but a lot of the time, our feelings follow our focus. If we only focus on fear, danger, stress, and negative possibilities, we start feeling anxious, stuck, and unmotivated. But when we also focus on the positive side, the lesson, the opportunity, and the hope, our emotions can change very fast.
