Baked peppers with a creamy filling in just 30 minutes 🌶️🧀 Ingredients: 3 large bell peppers 1 small bunch of parsley 1 clove of garlic A handful of walnuts 50 g cream cheese 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste Preparation: Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390 °F) for 25 minutes. Place the hot peppers in a bag for 10 minutes. The skin will then peel off easily. For the filling, thoroughly mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, finely chopped parsley, pressed garlic, chopped walnuts, salt, and black pepper. Spread the filling onto each pepper half, carefully roll up, and cut each roll in half. ... Sprinkle with fresh parsley and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
