After a long time, I finally returned to Bali — this time from Lombok. It had been almost 3.5 years since I last set foot here, and I wondered if the atmosphere was still the same. We arrived in Padang Bai, then I continued my journey to Gianyar, stopping at a small warung owned by an elderly Balinese woman that was always busy with customers — and indeed, the food was incredibly delicious! That afternoon, I arrived at my budget homestay between Ubud and Sanur, and right as I arrived... a Balinese traditional ceremony was taking place right before my eyes. Before I could put my things away, I immediately went out of my room to watch — what a perfect moment! Bali always has a way of creating beautiful memories through its color, culture, and the friendliness of its people.
