Hey 🤍 I'm sharing with you the recipe for my beloved Shokupan bread 🤍 it's a Japanese milk toast bread that's perfect for the so-called Sando (including ichigo sando - a strawberry sandwich) 🍓 I'll be shy to admit that it turned out perfectly ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend it ❤️ Ingredients: Ingredients: Tangzhong starter: 17g flour 85ml water Dough: 310g flour 12g whole milk powder 35g sugar 5g yeast 47g softened butter 1 teaspoon salt (5g) 70g warm milk 1 large egg (50-55g) Tangzhong For brushing: one egg yolk and two tablespoons milk ❤️ Enjoy 🤍
