Hi everyone 💚 Today's video is from my cooking series, 3 desserts with matcha 🍵 In the recipes, I used matcha from my shop, Meico Studio 💚 https://meico.studio/collections/tea Ingredients • Chocolate truffles with matcha 300g white chocolate 100ml 36% cream 20g butter 10g culinary matcha + 2g for sprinkling • Butter cookies with matcha 180g all-purpose flour 4 heaped teaspoons of bamboo matcha (2 teaspoons) 0.5 teaspoon baking powder 0.5 teaspoon baking soda pinch of salt 110g butter 150g sugar 1 egg • Matcha mochi 130g glutinous rice flour 180g water 40g sugar 1.5 teaspoons Matcha Corn starch Strawberry or other fruit/filling Enjoy 💚
