A recipe for a traditional Japanese breakfast! Our favorite breakfast is Ichiju Sansai style: miso soup, rice, and three additional plates. It's usually fish, like salmon or mackerel, plus tsukemono, tamagoyaki, nori, and unfortunately, natto—fermented soybeans, but we're not a fan of natto, so... we cook without it :P It's seriously simple to prepare, a little more time-consuming than breakfast cereal, but definitely more nutritious!
