Motorcycle Camping In a STORM in North Oregon's Temperate RAINFOREST | WA-OR BDR [E-4]

9 Days into this motorcycle adventure, and we finally got caught in our first rainstorm.. EPISODE NUMBER FOUR of riding the Oregon Backcountry Discovery Route AND Washington Backcountry Discovery Route. In this video, we've crossed over into Northern Oregon and began the journey riding south. On day 8 of the ride we had crystal clear skies, high speed double track, and filled up our water storage at a mountain spring. That said, by the end of the day, temperatures were dropping. From that moment onwards, the weather would become a routine dilemma for us. On day 9, our fears of running into a storm came to reality and the misting rain developed into a downpour. We kept up our pace and made serious progress heading south, but now we would have to camp with all our gear soaking wet in the days to come. All the while, temperatures are still dropping and the days/nights are getting colder.
