Preheat the Weber Slate 76 plancha thoroughly and oil it with rapeseed oil. 2. Fry the pork belly and bacon until crispy. 3. Add the onions and raw potato slices and mix well. 4. Season with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat until golden brown. 5. Sprinkle with fresh chives and serve immediately.
