This link is to my Amazon Store where I do get a commission on purchases, but these are the cheapest links I can find: https://amzn.to/4oOKs0R It was during the August heat wave, with real feel temps over 100 degrees, no shade from the blazing sun and no relief along 10 miles of shoreline of the Kissimmee River, but that didn't stop me, and I'm glad it didn't. I only saw the Airboat tours pass me once each day, otherwise I had the whole 10 mile stretch between the Lower Kissimmee Lake Lock (S-65) and the next Lock (S-65A) all to myself. It was an amazing paddle, a great night camping next to a campfire and testing my grit during the blazing hot heat. You will hear a campfire story from when I hiked the Florida Trail a few years ago as well. I hope you enjoy the video :)
