Pouring Rain on New Zealand's Most Underrated Great Walk
Freezing cold, pouring rain, and a 1,200m ridge to climb... welcome to day one! 😅 This is Part 1 of my trek around the Lake Waikaremoana Great Walk. We kicked things off at the local holiday park before making our way up (and down) the incredibly steep Puketapu ridge. It was brutal weather, but we made it through. Let me know in the comments: what’s the worst weather you've ever had to hike in? 🌧️👇 Make sure to subscribe to follow along for the rest of the track!
