We decided to leave the screens at home and just spend some proper time together outdoors. The vlog kicks off with full on packing chaos because seriously, why does going on holiday with kids feel like packing up your entire house? Once we finally got there though, it was so worth it. The fresh air, the scooters, swimming, walks, laughter... just us being together without distractions. It was exactly what we needed. At the end of the week, I share a few thoughts about how I’m feeling with my birthday coming up next week. It’ll be the first time I wake up completely alone...no kids, no noise, no chaos. Ever. It feels weird, if I’m honest. A mix of peaceful and a bit emotional.
