25MIN PILATES SCULPT Workout

Join me for a 25 minute full body Pilates workout with weights! I created this to be a quick feel good workout at the end of a busy day but still effective in activating the glutes, triceps, abdominals, and obliques! I used light 2lb weights and 1lb ankle weights but you can go body weight or go heavier depending on your mood/goals! Lets go!!
