The coloring is dark blue and white. It is equipped with shields on both arms, and behind them are a twin beam rifle (right arm) and a rocket launcher (left arm). Furthermore, it holds one shield on each sub-arm, for a total of four shields when deployed. It carries a large backpack on its upper left and right, with missile launchers and beam cannons, and six energy packs attached in between as spares. The additional armor is detachable, as in previous MSV designs, and contains small missiles. The backpack has two propellant tanks/boosters to quickly break through enemy sniping range and destroy enemy mobile suits, resulting in high speed and range of action. Its mobility also differs from previous designs, boasting extremely high output, equivalent to the Psycho Zaku based on the High Mobility Zaku II equipped with a Reuse Psycho Device. In this way, its offensive power, attack methods, and speed are extremely strong, and with Io's skill, it achieves numerous victories. Furthermore, the twin beam rifle on its right arm could also be used as a long beam saber, but this depiction is omitted in the OVA version. In the Thunderbolt sector, it almost single-handedly destroyed the Living Dead Division's MS and Driedfish, but was heavily damaged and rendered immobile in a battle with Daryl's Psycho Zaku, and was captured by the Siren Mobile Fleet, which arrived as reinforcements for the Living Dead Division.
