Adhering to the circular economy philosophy, the company reduces its environmental impact with low-energy techniques, minimal processing, green manure, and the use of a photovoltaic system since 2008. The Mantuan cured meat tradition is perpetuated through manual methods, attention to animal welfare, and natural curing without preservatives. The cured meat factory is also part of the Prosciutto di Parma DOP circuit, which guarantees the quality and authenticity of the product.
