Do Masks Suffocate You? I Wear an Altitude Mask for 24 Hours

I attempted to wear an altitude training mask for as long as possible. I measured my oxygen saturation with an oximeter to make sure it wasn't suffocating me. What did it do to my diaphragm, pulmonary muscles, red blood cells, energy levels...? I learned a lot about altitude training, recovery and optimizing your workouts.
