I Did Cold Exposure for a Week…Here's What Happened FITNESS OUTRAGEOUS!

I experimented with cold exposure training! I figured my Pal-ys would be interested in some cold therapy biohacking that has been shown to help fat loss, speed up your metabolism and burn calories, among lots of other awesome benefits that I found out throughout the week. I experimented with one cycle of Wim Hof breathing. (Comment below if you want to see me take on some Wim Hof method more seriously!)
