I'll give you all the information with no obligation here 👉 https://wa.link/y14j1y or at 722557773 ❤️📞 Ingredients: 100 g candied orange peel 30 g milk 10 g dried yeast 370 g strong bread flour 4 eggs 70 g sugar 1 teaspoon salt 170 g butter at room temperature, in pieces 100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa) in pieces (approx. 1.5 cm) Chocolate coating 200 g milk chocolate Preparation: Place the candied orange peel in the bowl and chop 8 sec/speed 7. Remove to a bowl and set aside. Place the milk, yeast, flour, 4 eggs, sugar, salt, and butter in the bowl and start Kneading /10 min. Let it rest in the bowl for approx. 2 hours. Add the reserved orange and chocolate and start Kneading /1 min. Pour the dough onto a floured work surface. Divide it into 12 portions of approximately 85 g each and shape them into balls. Place them in mini panettone molds and put them on a baking tray. Cover with a kitchen towel and let them rise in a warm place until doubled in size (approximately 1 hour). Wash and dry the mixing bowl. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes (180°C/350°F) or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Chocolate Coating Place the chocolate in the mixing bowl and grate 8 sec/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Place 130g of the reserved grated chocolate in the mixing bowl and melt for 4 min/60°C/speed 2. Add the remaining grated chocolate and mix for 3 min/speed 3. Pour the chocolate into a bowl. Unmold the mini panettone cakes and dip them slightly less than halfway into the melted chocolate. Decorate as desired (see suggestions) and let cool before serving.
