Ingredients: 50g onion 1-2 garlic cloves 3 tablespoons canned crushed tomatoes 30g olive oil 1 teaspoon sweet paprika 1 teaspoon salt 1 chicken stock cube 1300g water 400g cooked chickpeas (canned), washed and drained 1 dried bay leaf 150g round or long grain rice Preparation: Place the onion, garlic, crushed tomatoes, and oil in the mixing bowl. Chop for 6 seconds/speed 4 and sauté for 5 minutes/120°C/speed 1. Add the paprika, salt, water, chickpeas, bay leaf, and rice. Set for 20 minutes/100°C//speed . Let stand for 5 minutes in the mixing bowl, pour into a soup tureen, and serve.
