I'm saying this is the most common error in Italian, because anyway I see it very often in the comments that I get. So this is a mistake that I see every day, multiple times per day. I don't have exact statistics. Roughly speaking, though, one comment out of five includes this error. If we consider only the comments that include these words, I'd say it's very likely they'll also include this error. In reality, fixing this mistake is super easy, you just need to understand one thing. I do hope at least you stop making this mistake.
