How to Boil Fish Hello everyone πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€— Today I'm preparing some boiled fish in the simplest yet healthiest way πŸ˜… Ingredients A whole white fish of your choice Sea Bream, Sea Bass, White Bream, Black Sea Bream, Snapper, etc. Extra virgin olive oil Lemon Salt Preparation Clean the fish, scale it, gut it, and rinse it. Method πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ³ In a large pot, fill it with cold water and add the cleaned fish. I used a 600g Black Sea Bream. Add enough cold water to cover it by at least another finger. Add salt to taste ☺️ From 20 to 30 grams per liter of water, but this is up to your discretion. I turn on the heat and bring to a boil. Cooking times depend on the size of the fish, for a 5-600g fish, 6 minutes from when the water starts boiling again. It's essential to start with cold water. Skim off any impurities halfway through cooking. The fish is cooked when it's completely white and the slightly open flesh. Drain it on a still-warm plate and season with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice to taste.
