Fried Calamari Hi everyone 🤗🤗🤗 Today I'm making fried calamari and some fried moray eel 😋 Ingredients for frying Durum wheat semolina Sunflower or peanut oil Salt and pepper Lemon, if you like 🤣 Preparation Clean and rinse the calamari Cut them into rings Method 👨🏻🍳 After cleaning and cutting the calamari into rings, it's important to dry them well or let them drain in a colander. Now I dip them in the semolina and leave them for a few seconds. This helps the semolina to absorb as much moisture as possible. Once sieved, I place them on a wooden cutting board. This also helps them absorb excess moisture. Now I heat the oil in the pan. After testing the ideal frying temperature, I add a few pieces at a time. Cooking time: one minute total. Drain and place on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
