Now all the snow has gone, it's time to put some love back into the land. In this video, we build some raised garden beds for our vegtables, thanks to last years lesson from the weeds! I'm an English girl living in Sweden along with my partner Ash, and our two cats Susan and Sulky. In 2020, we left the UK and headed to Sweden in our campervans. We had no plans or goals at the time only to enjoy the adventure. We fell in love with Sweden and ended up renovating an old barn which we now call our home. It's completely off-grid and we rely completely on solar and generators to generate our electricity. We've big plans for this little plot, so here I am documenting our weird and wonderful lives in the north of Sweden.
