Soft as butter❕ Every bite melts on the tongue❕ The filling - simply superb❕ 🚩Ingredients and recipe: 300 ml of warm milk. 50 g of sugar. 9 g of dry yeast. mix well. 1 egg. 7 g of vanilla sugar. 30 ml of vegetable oil. 5 g of salt. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. mix well. 600 g of wheat flour. mix well with a spatula. 40 g of butter. cover and let rise for an hour. 100 g of walnuts. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces. Form each piece of dough into a ball. cover and leave for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Grease the surface of the dough with butter. Sprinkle brown sugar over. add the walnut. Roll out the dough. Do the same with the other piece of dough. cover and leave for 25 minutes. Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
