A Busy Week in my English Vegetable Garden - Highs & Lows

Welcome to my channel and to a video that’s filled with content not on my bingo card for this week. There’s repairs, preventative measures and a harsh lesson learned this week in the garden. I update you on the edible hedge project from last week’s video and the flower farm planting has escalated. There’s planting out and direct sowing too. We are steaming ahead to our last frost date. Even though the temperatures have cooled slightly, and I worry plants will stall, it’s been a great week to get things done. As promised in the video. Here are the links to the spring clamps, bought with my own money, shown during this video. These are NOT affiliate links. I receive no commission on sales purchased via Amazon. 4” Spring Clamp (red) https://amzn.eu/d/06tIopTi 6” Spring Clamp (green) https://amzn.eu/d/09HhEKl8 Thanks for watching. If you’re new here, I’d love it if you subscribed to watch future videos. From the main gardens, the vegetable garden, snippets of farm life and the brand new cutting flower garden to attempt to sell bouquets this year, there’s a whole busy journey coming to The Farmyard Garden throughout 2026. To all who follow my channel, thank you for being here and thank you for creating this little community with me, a safe and inviting space. Join myself and Kerry ‪@dogontheplot‬ every Wednesday from our Podcast episodes over on our joint channel, ‪@SowChatty‬ . Each week we feature regular segments and delve in to a main topic. We’d love it if you popped across and checked out some of our episodes and join the community there as well. #gardening #flowergarden #vegetablegarden
