Oblande are wafer cookies with layers of delicious creamy fillings. There are many filling variations, however these ones are in my opinion the best of both worlds. One is a chocolate and nut filling while the other is the creamiest vanilla custard ever! Try them and you'll be hooked. Put the kettle on ....
