Suhu dan waktu sama seperti oven listrik, mungkin bisa sedikit lebih lama, tergantung besar kecilnya api kompor Roti sisir labu 600gr terigu protein tinggi 240gr labu kuning 90gr gula pasir 2 kuning telur 1 telur utuh 40gr susu bubuk 11gr ragi instant (1 sachet) 100gr mentega tawar 8gr garam 130ml susu cair (bisa kurang bisa lebih tergantung labu) Berat adonan di timbang semua, lalu di bagi 24 = berat adonan per buah Loyang kertas coklat 250gr Panggang suhu 170 api atas 180 api bawah selama 20 menit Masukkan terigu, labu, gula, ragi, susu bubuk dan telur, mixer kecepatan rendah Masukkan susu bertahap Setelah menjadi 1 gumpalan, masukkan mentega dan garam, mixer hingga kalis elastis Istirahat 15 menit Potong potong lalu rounding Gilas adonan memanjang, lalu lipat memanjang, tata dalam loyang berbaris, tiap loyang 8 adonan Proofing 40-50 menit tergantung suhu ruang Oles permukaan roti dengan susu cair (saya 1 sdm susu cair 1 sdm whipping cream dairy) Panggang, setelah matang oles dengan mentega Roti bisa di bungkus sepasang2, tengahnya di beri buttercream, cream cheese, selai buah, pasta coklat, lotus, mayo dan ham, dsb nya Untuk loyang roti sobek, masing masing adonan sekitar 40gr dan 10 baris Untuk menghitung volume loyang Rumusnya : P x L x T dibagi 4 Misalnya loyang panjang 22Cm Lebar 15cm Tinggi 5Cm Cara hitung nya: 22x15x5 = 1.650 : 4 = 412gr berat adonan /loyang Bila ada 10baris, berat adonan sekitar 41gr Link box coklat: https://s.shopee.co.id/40MEskeVDH https://tokopedia.link/dm5TyHnvNJb ——————- Hi Everyone......
