A half-hour Vinyasa Flow for increased flexibility. We'll focus on the legs and hips—the hamstrings and back of the thighs, the hip flexors, and hip opening. We'll gradually deepen the stretch and work our way towards the splits—Hanumanasana—towards the end. Of course, this is optional; you can also choose to stick with a variation. This video is a great complement to my Power Yoga classes that focus on the legs.
