My Reset Routine: How I'm Preparing my Home (& Body) During the Third Trimester

This challenge involved completing two daily 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), taking progress photos, following a structured diet to hit 100g of protein with no cheat meals, drinking a gallon of water, and reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book. My focus wasn't on weight loss—it was on building intentional habits before the baby arrives. Between navigating pregnancy cravings and transitioning into full-time self-employment, it gave me the exact structure I needed. The challenge was much more mental this round. I learned how to give myself grace and truly honor the changes my body has been going through. I am incredibly grateful I gave it a try, but I'm also so excited to be done! Now that I am in my third trimester, I definitely notice myself slowing down. To continue honoring my body and changing needs, I am prioritizing rest and recovery more than ever, focusing on gentler healthy habits, and resetting my home to prepare to welcome my daughter.
