I officially completed the 75 Hard Challenge and it completely changed my life! This challenge absolutely changed my life for the better. I dropped, changed, and adopted new habits, ones that I never thought were possible for me or ones that I didn't think I was willing to adopt in my life. Once I decided in my mind that I was going to complete the challenge, I told myself that I needed to do whatever it takes to complete it. For 75 days you have to following these 5 rules: 1. Drink a gallon of water a day (this was the hardest part - I ALWAYS had to pee!) 2. Complete 2-45 minute workouts daily (one of which has to be outside) 3. Follow a diet (no cheat meals, no alcohol) 4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily 5. Take a daily progress photo If you miss ANY of these, you have to start from the beginning.
