Welcome to this yin yoga practice for flexibility, mobility and recovery. This class is suitable for all levels and has been designed with runners in mind, as we’ll be targeting the legs, hips and lower back in particular. Areas that runners may experience a bit more tightness and tension. We’ll be holding stretches for up to 2 minutes each. No props required but feel free to use them if you’d prefer.
