Today I'll be guiding you through a slow flow for full body flexibility. We’ll be moving mindfully and holding deep stretches, to release tightness and tension. Suitable for all levels and no props required, but there will be the option to use a yoga strap to help with some of the reclined poses at the end of the class. A dressing gown belt can also work well.
