The Fort Wayne Line is FULL of Color! | BC Rail 2,300 Miles from Home

Recently, there has been PLENTY of color on Norfolk Southern rails around Pittsburgh! In this video, I head to several locations along NS's Fort Wayne Line to witness and photograph some of the most colorful locomotive consists I've seen in years—reminiscent of the incredible variety we saw back in the 2016 era. From Conway Terminal to New Galilee, you'll see power from nearly every Class I railroad, Canadian railroads, merger-era paint schemes, and even several fallen flags. We kick things off with a drone flight over Conway Terminal, capturing one of the most colorful scenes I've ever witnessed. Norfolk Southern, Kansas City Southern, Canadian National, BNSF (Fakebonnet), CitiRail, CPKC, Canadian Pacific, and even NS Eco units all appear in a single shot! The color doesn't stop there. Throughout the video you'll also catch Union Pacific, BNSF, Delaware Lackawanna& Western heritage, NS 4004 in its striking black-and-blue paint scheme, and—my personal favorite—British Columbia Railway (BCOL) C44-9W No. 4649, still wearing its iconic blue, white, and silver paint over 2,300 miles from home. It's not every day you find a BC Rail locomotive in western Pennsylvania!
