Czysta Rumia i festyn Ekologiczny

Despite the unfavorable weather, approximately two hundred volunteers equipped with gloves and distinctive bags bearing the inscription "Clean Rumia" worked together to clean up city areas. A family picnic was organized for the participants and all nature lovers, aiming to promote environmental protection in a practical and accessible way. The picnic was very popular, and the extensive program meant that some families – despite intermittent rain – spent the entire afternoon in Starowiejski Park. Residents could enjoy activities such as the Wheel of Fortune, the World of Bees, bird of prey demonstrations, energy bikes, art workshops, a nesting box assembly station, and the creation of personalized shopping bags. The Rumia Municipal Services Company was also present, traditionally presenting its vehicles. The modern garbage trucks were particularly popular with the children.
