Stuck at Lake Atitlán for 77 Days

Our motorcycle journey through America continues… sort of. In this episode, we get stuck at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, for 77 days after a series of problems during our motorcycle trip Mexico to Guatemala. What was supposed to be a short stop in San Pedro La Laguna turned into one of the longest and strangest chapters of our overland journey to Argentina. Between broken motorcycles, delayed parts, illness and unexpected moments of peace, we slowly built a temporary life around Lake Atitlán; exploring villages like San Juan and San Marcos, hiking Indian Nose at sunrise, and trying to figure out when we could finally get back on the road. This video is part of our long-term motorcycle adventure from the Arctic Ocean, in Canada, to Patagonia, in Argentina, on two Royal Enfield Himalayans, traveling slowly. -- Watch the full story of our journey from Canada to Mexico:    • I rode my motorcycle from the Artic to Mexico   And if you want to support my work on YouTube, this journey and have access to an exclusive video every month, join the community on Patreon:   / leanarre   Buy me a coffee:   / shop   Follow the journey on Instagram:   / leanarre   -- Motorcycles: Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 (2021) Bags: Motobags, overlander and minibags by Lone Rider - https://www.lonerider-motorcycle.com/ Tent: the ADV tent by Lone Rider - https://www.lonerider-motorcycle.com/...
