My New Favorite Way to Bake in the Wild - New Series

I wanted to see if it was possible to bake fresh bannock without ever leaving my canoe. This is the premiere of Wild Bakes, where I take outdoor baking to remote and unlikely locations. There is a specific kind of silence you find when you’re floating on still water, miles away from the nearest road. I took the red canoe deep into the British Columbia mountains for a solo morning paddle to see if the experiment would actually work. Between the mountain views and the smell of fresh bread, this is 'slow adventure' at its best.
