This 30-minute Upper Body Strength & Stretch Pilates session is designed to build strong, stable shoulders and improve spinal mobility — essential for every tennis player, athlete, or anyone sitting long hours at a desk. We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by layered Pilates exercises to strengthen your core, arms, and back. Think of moving with the smooth, stretchy strength of elastic – soft but powerful.You’ll also experience guided imagery throughout, making each movement feel light, fluid, and connected. At the end of class, we’ll slow things down with deep upper body stretches and a soothing tennis ball massage to release tension in your neck, shoulders, and back.
