Protestors blocked the first 3 pumps on scene, protesting against climate change making it a challange for the firefighters. At 9:30 the tanker exploded with a gust of black smoke in the air, after the explosion their was a number of casualties making it a complicated incident, dealing with three major effects of the incident.
