Whisk the cold egg white at high speed. 4. When bubble is formed white, mix the sugar B with the mixture in three times to make meringue glossy and thick. 5. Whisk it at low speed for 2 minutes to make it compact and dense. 6. Mix the yolk mixture with the meringue smoothly. 7. Sieve the 1/2 of cake flour and put this flour into the mixture. 8. Mix until the flour is not seen. 9. Put the sieved the remnant of the cake flour into the mixture and mix smoothly until the batter is shiny. 10. Place the batter in a piping bag with 1cm round tip. 11. Pipe the batter onto the parchment paper widthwise. 12, Bake at 190℃ for 7-9 minutes. 13. Turn upside it down and take off the parchment paper. Cover with the paper to prevent it from drying. 14. Prepare the fruits in proper size. 15. Put the sugar into fresh cream and whip it densely. Dense cream helps the roll cake to hold its shape. 16. Place the biscuit on the clean parchment paper and cut off the one side of edge in diagonal direction. 17. Spread the whipped cream on the cake and make it flat by spatula. 18. Place the fruits at intervals. 19. Roll the cake tight and twist the end. 20. Place it in the refrigerator to harden for 3 hours. 21. Cut the edge of cake. After marking at intervals of 3.5cm, cut the roll cake. 22. Place the whipped cream in a piping bag with star tip and pipe it into shape of heart. 23. Place the cut strawberry in half on the roll cake.
