SHOW DETAILS Show: Mehboob’s Kitchen Host: Mehboob Date: 2 April 2026 Channel: Masala TV RECIPES FEATURED • Grilled Chicken in Creamy Tomato Sauce Ingredients: Boiled rice 3 cups Chicken legs boneless 4 piece Cream 2 packets Chopped garlic 2 tbsp Chopped onion 1 Tomato (skinned & chopped) 6 Salt 1 tsp Butter 3 tbsp Oregano 1-1/2 tsp Chicken stock 3 cups Flour 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Method: Marinate the chicken in salt, lemon juice, black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic and ½ tsp oregano for 2 to 3 hours. In a pan heat 1-1/2 tbsp butter. Then add onion and remaining garlic and fry for ½ minute. Now add flour and fry for ½ minute. Then add tomatoes, chicken stock and remaining oregano then mix well and bring it to boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add cream and cook for another 5 minutes and set aside. Now heat remaining butter in a pan and add the chicken legs and cook on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes on both sides.
