Cut the steaks as shown in the video. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Distribute pieces of butter over them. First, melt the butter, then spread it over the steaks. Finely chop 1 onion. Finely chop 12–15 pickled mushrooms. Distribute the mushrooms over the meat. Grate 100 g of cheese over the top. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or yogurt. Spread the mixture over the mushrooms. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). Fry 3–4 potatoes in small pieces. Fry them in vegetable oil over medium heat with the lid on until golden brown.
