Thanks for watching! 💗🫶 Have a wonderful day! 🥰 ✅Ingredients: 9 steaks Salt Black pepper Italian herbs Paprika Parsley 3 cloves of garlic 150 g cheese 🥔For the potatoes: 3 potatoes Vegetable oil Salt Black pepper Paprika Italian herbs 🫙Mayonnaise: 200 ml sunflower oil 1 egg 1 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar Salt Black pepper 2-3 cloves of garlic ✅Preparation: Cut the pork tenderloin into steaks. Cover the meat with cling film and let it soften. Mix salt, black pepper, a mixture of Italian herbs, and paprika. Sprinkle the meat with the spices and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Now prepare the mayonnaise: Mix vegetable oil, egg, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Beat with a mixer until frothy. Chop the parsley. Add the garlic. Grate the cheese. Halve the cheese. Spread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up. Slice the potatoes. Add vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and a blend of Italian herbs. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and arrange the rolls on top. Spread the rolls with mayonnaise. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F), then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5–7 minutes.
