I'm leaving the little mountain town where I've lived for almost two years, and this is how I'm saying goodbye. Living in Leavenworth, Washington, the quaint little Bavarian-inspired town right at the edge of the Cascade mountains, has been a dream. The access to nature, and most importantly the people here, are all truly extraordinary. To honor this lovely town I decided to backpack the first hike I did when I moved to Leavenworth, the Icicle Ridge Trail, which also happens to be in walking distance from my front door!
