1년에 딱 한 번 뿐인 특별한 러닝, 도킹마라톤

From a solo run to a group of 157. The Docking Marathon is Marathon 114's signature event, where participants start from their respective residences and converge at the final destination, Wonhyo Bridge in Yeouido. Although it begins as a small group of just a few people, as they pass docking points, they join new runners and connect with other teams, forming one long procession of runners. Just as small streams gather to become a large river, it is a special running festival where individual passions converge in one place. This year, a whopping 157 runners participated, and I ran approximately 32km with the KAIST team. At the Docking Marathon, "togetherness" is more important than records. The greatest value lies not in being the fastest, but in matching the pace of the slowest runner and completing the race together until the end. A day where people connect through running, and runners who used to run alone become one. The most special run, happening only once a year. I captured the scene on video.
