How to build a crazy DIY 400cc mini bike - full build

In this video you see me building an epic minibike. I used the engine and front fork from a Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter. The new frame was built around this. I also finally made a frame jig. It makes the whole process so much easier. I will certainly use it more on future projects. The finished mini bike weighs around 50 kilogram less than the original scooter, so with it's 32HP it has plenty of power. I think if I put some lighter weights in the variator it would pull even harder. I have no idea of the topspeed but it should be around 140 km/h. I'm too chicken to test that :) As you can see in the video, during the fabrication of the frame I made a pretty big mistake, so I had to modify a lot of things to make it work. But in the end it was certainly worth it because it looks a lot better now than it did in the first version.
