I started working on top bar tricks with this simple dance. If you are fairly new to aerial hoop, best to stick to underbar and inside the hoop tricks. It could be quite scary to get started with top bar, which is why I created this dance for those who are looking to advance to top bar. I am not working on strength or flexibility intense tricks here, the goal is keeping the spin and smooth movements to go in and out of the hoop.
