vid461 - don't honk at cyclists

Even if being kind. I can't tell why this driver honked but it was the friendlier "beep beep" - I responded in kind. In general, cyclists don't need to be honked at - we're trying not to die enough as it is. A driver blocked the traffic lane rather than the bike lane on River. I guess this is preferable as long as there are lines of sight and the passenger doesn't door you. MUP etiquette - just wait if your way is blocked. It's fine to chill out.
