Hello!! Welcome to DAY 7 of our 24 Days of Pilates journey together!! From December 1st to 24th, you'll find a new video on the channel every day, with a different topic, pace, and target muscle groups. We'll try to keep our workouts varied this month. Today I've prepared a Pilates sequence that specifically strengthens the core, the muscles that support the spine and maintain posture: abdominals, lats, and erector spinae.
