Hello! Welcome back to my channel!! 😘 To celebrate the arrival of spring together, we're dedicating 7 days of consecutive workouts. A way to awaken the entire body, at a time when nature blooms again and offers us spectacular colors and scents. Each sequence in this series includes interval training: 45 seconds of exercise repetition 15 seconds of rest between exercises I've chosen 10 exercises that form a "block," which we'll repeat twice. We'll begin the sequence with a short warm-up and end with a stretch. Today, a Standing Pilates sequence awaits you. 😊 I hope you enjoy this method. Always pay attention to the quality of your work, regardless of the number of repetitions. Feel free to change the pace, slow down, or speed up, listening to your body.
