Caterpillar pose

Caterpillar is a Yin Yoga posture that targets the whole back chain of the body, from the head down to the feet. It is often felt quite strongly through the hamstring region, the lower back, and the spine. In this video I will guide you into Caterpillar pose, and offer you some adjustments and variations for you to find your best suitable pose: 1. Supporting the pelvis (especially if hamstrings are tight) 2. Propping the backs of the knees 3. Supporting the head 4. Propping the ops of the thighs Be sure to take a nice long rebound after Caterpillar Check out all of my online Yin Yoga courses here: https://www.drkarinasmith.com/courses
